Cancellation Policy
When you book an appointment with me you are affirming that you have read, understand, and respect the policies . I recognize the time of my clients and mine is valuable and have implemented these policies for this reason.
NO CALL NO SHOW: What this means is: I was available, You were not. I did not hear from you and I was unable to give your reserved appointment to another Client. When this happens, your card on file will be charged the full amount of your scheduled services.
24 HOUR POLICY: You have up until 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to cancel/reschedule your appointment. If you cancel/reschedule within the 24 hour time frame, your card on file will be charged half the amount of your scheduled services.
Late Arrivals: if you are more than 10 minutes late please contact me at 843.455.8784. I will do my best to accommodate you. You may be asked to reschedule.
